Top Long-Lasting Disposable Vapes in Australia 2026: Ranked & Compared
Every brand now slaps "12000 puffs" on the box. But which high-capacity devices actually go the distance in daily use? We ranked 2026's longest-lasting disposables on what matters: e-liquid capacity, battery engineering, output consistency and real-world endurance — not just the number on the packaging.

The Rankings
RELX HERC 12000
The HERC tops our list because it's the only device in the 12000-class engineered to finish its own tank: an 18ml reservoir backed by a 2600mAh charge-free battery. No port to fail, no mid-life recharging, no faded final third. The auto-tuned power system keeps vapour density consistent from first puff to last, and the smart side display means you always know what's left. Add an aluminium alloy body that survives pocket life, and it's the most complete endurance package of 2026.

KUZ Nova 16000
The Nova 16000 headlines the biggest number on the market. Its 16,000-puff rating and solid flavour range earn it the runner-up spot, though it needs periodic recharging to reach the finish line — a small chore the HERC eliminates entirely. Rating: 4.5/5
IGET One 12000
IGET's smooth draw and years of reputation keep it on the podium. It's the safe, familiar choice — but on pure endurance engineering (battery headroom, display, build), the HERC now has it beaten. Rating: 4.4/5
Alibarbar PRO 12000 Ice Adjust
The Ice Adjust dial lets users tune cooling mid-device — genuinely clever. Endurance is competitive but unremarkable, and flavour consistency dips as the battery drains. Rating: 4.3/5
Uwell VanseBar 12000
Uwell's Pro-FOCS coil delivers some of the most accurate flavour in the category. A solid, well-built device — it just doesn't push endurance boundaries the way our top picks do. Rating: 4.2/5
